Animal Spirits

Welcome!

A few weeks ago, my husband Greg and I went to Memphis, Tennessee for a sightseeing visit. We saw and did a lot of things in just a couple of days. Since we didn't have much time, we had our itinerary well planned so that we could work in everything that we wanted to do.

One of those places we definitely wanted to visit was the Memphis Zoo, and we're glad we did. Greg and I both love animals, and being there was a lot of fun.

We even had a delicious lunch there. While enjoying our lunch, we were thoroughly entertained as we watched through a large picture window a couple of  primates frolicking outside.

After lunch, we strolled around the park, taking pictures of the animals as we went.

When we got back home, we put the pictures on our computer, and we noticed that a couple of pictures that Greg had taken had a strange fog in them.

Here is an example of a regular, normal photo that Greg had taken of a giraffe:

Then, here is a photo of an ostrich which is anything but normal! Just look at how foggy this picture is! This photo is just full of ectoplasm. Part of the picture even has a lavender/purple tinge to it. This ectoplasm is probably from the spirits of animals who had once lived there at the zoo.

We went to the Nashville Zoo a couple of years ago, and lavender-colored ectoplasm showed up in several of our photos. Lavender/purple/violet is a very spiritual color.

There are also several animal spirit photos (and a lot of other paranormal photos and stories) in my book, "Photographic Encounters of the Spirit Kind." Be sure and check it out!  It might make someone who enjoys the paranormal an unusual Christmas gift!

Greg and I never see anything strange before we take our photos. We just enjoy taking pictures, and these strange anomalies sometimes, when we least expect it, show up in our photos. These don't scare us; they're just more of a curiosity. They're actually a natural phenomenon that we just don't fully understand right now.

Thanks for visiting! Until Saturday, January 2, 2016! (or sooner!), Becky
